Oxford Policy Management is seeking a Scientific Project Coordinator on a fixed-term basis, contingent on the successful outcome of a bid for an upcoming project.

The position would be located in Germany.

Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of scientific projects related to communicable diseases, ensuring alignment with established timelines and goals.

Oversee the conduct of systematic reviews, applying rigorous scientific methods and international standards to ensure high-quality evidence synthesis.

Manage multidisciplinary expert teams, facilitating collaboration across scientific, technical, and policy stakeholders to drive project success.

Ensure quality control and compliance, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions in line with best practices in scientific research and project management.

7+ years of experience applying scientific methods and standards in conducting systematic reviews in the field of communicable diseases.

5+ years of experience in project management, including coordination of multidisciplinary expert teams
