Overview

The Human Resources team at Oxford Policy Management is currently seeking a HR Systems Administrator on a 6 month fixed-term basis. 

 

The position will be located in our New Delhi, India office.

Position Summary

HR is at the center of all that we do at OPM. Our role is to ensure that the organisation is well positioned to recruit and retain best-in-class talent who can fulfil our mission to improve lives through sustainable policy change. 

 

In order to support increased workload within the HR team due to a number of current HR projects, we are seeking a a HR Systems Administrator to provide support on a temporary basis. Working as part of a global HR operations team of 4, the HR Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of all HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, including HR systems. 


As a HR Systems Administrator at OPM you will be responsible for:

 

  • HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate employee records and processing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR system.
    • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents in accordance with local labor laws.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes across global offices.
    • Provide accurate and timely support for all operational HR & Payroll activities across the whole employee lifecycle.
  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure HR documentation complies with international labor laws and internal policies.
  • Data & Systems:

    • Update and maintain employee data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR.
    • Support managing systems configurations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR system
    • Support with identifying ways to improve systems and HR operational processes.
  • Supporting Employees & Colleagues:

    • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries
    • Contribute towards high levels of service delivery with key stakeholders throughout the business, responding efficiently to queries and providing advice and guidance that is thoughtful and effective.
    • Communicate with HRBPs to provide day to day support with administration, information and advice.

Key Qualifications / Experience / Skills / Behaviours

  • A minimum of 2 years experience of working in HR within a global organisation.
  • Demonstrable experience of carrying out HR administration and key activities across the full employee lifecycle, such as on-boarding, offboarding, position management.
  • Solid Experience in using HR systems and confident in picking up new systems.
  • Experience in drafting and co-ordinating employee letters and communications.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently & in a team.
  • Proactive can-do attitude with the ability to work flexibility and manage workloads effectively.
  • Good team-working skills, demonstrable enthusiasm to use initiative in working as part of a global HR function, within an international business environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity and confidence with Microsoft Systems - particularly, Excel, Word and Teams.

Desired qualifications/experience:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics HR system.
  • Experience working in a HRIS or HR Systems role, or supporting HR system projects.
  • Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Direct experience of the international development sector.
  • Understanding of employment law and/or regulations in more than one country office location in which OPM operates.
