The Climate and Policy team at Oxford Policy Management is currently seeking a System Dynamics modeler on a fixed-term basis for 6 months initially.

The System Dynamics Modeler will provide strategic support to the LCDI2 management unit in providing technical input for low-carbon intervention and climate resilience for system dynamics models under LCDI. The role focuses on review, validation, methodological advice, capacity building, System Dynamic Modeler is responsible for developing and discovering patterns and trends through system integration, rather than day-to-day dynamic modeling, developing model execution or ownership, applications and tools, and managing digital databases, among other duties. The System Dynamic Modeler will work collaboratively with internal modelers, Workstream Leads, Provincial Coordinators, and other specialists to support high-quality modelling outputs and policy-relevant insights. The position reports to the LCDI2 Team Leader.
