The Project Management team at Oxford Policy Management is currently seeking a Project Administrator on a fixed-term basis for a period of 9 months.

The objectives of Project Management team is - the effective delivery of projects by ensuring strong operational coordination, financial control, and compliance with internal processes and client requirements. The team works closely with Project Managers, Finance, and Operations to manage project set-up, budgeting, invoicing, procurement, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. By maintaining robust systems and clear processes, the PMO enables project teams to focus on high-quality delivery while ensuring organizational standards are met. The function also contributes to continuous improvement of delivery systems and supports efficient resource and financial management across the portfolio.
The position of Project Administrator is an entry-level job that is responsible for supporting the operational and financial management of projects to ensure smooth delivery and compliance with organisational procedures. The role works closely with Project Managers, Finance, and other internal teams to coordinate project administration, monitor budgets and procurement processes, and support accurate financial tracking and reporting. By ensuring timely processing of project documentation, purchase orders, and invoicing requirements, the role helps maintain operational efficiency and financial accountability across projects.
