Overview

The Business Development team at Oxford Policy Management is currently seeking a Bid and Framework Administrator on a permanent basis. 

 

The position will be located at our New Delhi- India Office

Position Summary

The Bid and Frameworks Administrator's objectives are to support the Frameworks Coordinator overseeing OPMs portfolio of Framework Umbrella's and call downs released under them.

 

The position of the Bid and Frameworks Administrator is responsible for supporting OPMs Frameworks team and bidding efforts across the project cycle - from prepositioning monitoring to supporting Expressions of Interest and Tenders through to tracking Frameworks through mobilization and closedown. The role works across all staff and offices within OPM, liaising between our practice consulting teams and our functional business units to ensure each adhere to our and clients requirements and key processes. The Frameworks Administrator is a fast-paced, deadline orientated exciting position that provides the opportunity for variety and development, working closely with our wider Bidding department and each of our international offices. 

 

monitoring call downs released by clients, tracking bidding opportunities and interest from our consulting staff, maintaining bidding and project data for our frameworks, 

As a Bid and Frameworks Administrator at OPM you will:

  • Work closely with the Frameworks Coordinator and other key Framework and Bidding staff supporting OPMs portfolio of Framework umbrella's and opportunities
  • Monitoring and Disseminate Framework call downs and opportunities to our consulting staff and new Framework Umbrella's
  • Maintain Framework trackers and our CRM system and databases
  • Provide guidance to consulting and bidding staff relating to Framework rules and requirements
  • Provide administrative support to bids (Expressions of Interests and Tenders) from formatting key documents and compiling compliance documents required for bids to preparing bids ready for submission 
  • Liaising with teams across the company from Legal and Compliance, to Finance and HR and our Project Management office in the preparation of bids and handover of won projects
  • Demonstrate OPM’s values, have a passion for social impact

Key Qualifications / Experience / Skills / Behaviours

  • Education to degree level in a subject relevant to OPM’s work desirable 
  • Research skills desirable
  • Knowledge and experience of the international development business would be desirable.
  • Flexibility to cope with several tasks simultaneously to agreed deadlines
  • Pro-active & flexible approach to work: ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent organization & administrative skills with strong attention to detail, strong time management / prioritization skills & evidence of previous experience
  • Experience of budgeting would be desirable
  • MS Office, particularly advanced levels of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Written skills including ability to summarize complex documents
  • High standard of both written and spoken English
  • Editing and proof-reading skills & high level of accuracy
  • Professional with strong communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
