The Global Operations team at Oxford Policy Management is currently seeking a an Operations and Finance Officer on a Permanent basis.
The position will be located in our Addis Ababa, Ethiopia office.

Our global operations teams provides the supporting environment which enables our colleagues to meet their objectives effectively, efficiently and in line with our values. They ensure the smooth functioning of all operational aspects of OPM globally by managing day-to-day administrative and logistical tasks, delivering project management services, coordinating external vendors and partners, ensuring risk management and compliance, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
The Operations and Finance Officer in our Addis Ababa office manages the office's operations, ensures compliance with local statutory and internal regulations, supports project logistics, and carries out finance functions including local payments, payroll management, tax compliance, and supports audits.
